Customer need:  Our international client with subsidiaries in Mexico, required the exact reproduction of two special pieces, part of a system of machines of Italian origin. The original piece damaged by the use and wear of the years practically without the possibility of rehabilitating it, had very complex characteristics in the manufacture, elongated pitch, triple helix, thin gauge of the wing and conicity in its tips.

Bega Engineering:  The initial proposal was working with tha original drawings, since it was impossible for us to provide the original parts since they were working on their process, which can not stop, only scheduled maintenance, proposals for manufacturing improvement were made to the piece, how to increase the thickness or thickness of the wing, for greater durability, always respecting the main characteristics of the pieces
