Customer need: Our client, recognized manufacturer of batten mixers, asked for support to carry out an analysis to the machines that it manufactures, to receive a proposal to facilitate the manufacture of their equipment and above all to improve the appearance of the ribbon-type helicals.

Bega Engineering: The initial proposal consisted in visiting their facilities to analyze the manufacturing methods with which the helicoids were made, after an analysis, it was concluded that the best way to supply this piece, should be with a continuous helical, consisting of a series of sectional helicals welded together, in order to facilitate the assembly in your plant, to the central axis of the mixers.
