Project: Horizontal Paddle Mixer for granular fertilizers.

Customer need: To speed up and improve the mixing of granular products, Urea and Ammonium Superphosphate, to then bag it in 25-pound open-mouth bags with a mobile hopper system and manual-mechanical bagger.

Bega Engineering: Manufacture a horizontal pallet mixer with a container of three cubic meters, with central agitator system of adjustable blades in stainless steel 304, to avoid corrosion by the materials to be mixed with central discharge with manual gate, an independent mobile packaging equipment in 50 kg bags. This proposal resulted from the interest of our client due to the speed in the mixing, the homogeneity and the versatility offered by a mobile packaging equipment for other products that they handle.
