Trough cover. – As its name refers, they cover the trough on the superior part, protecting the material from the outside, water, dust, moisture, etc. They are supplied in standard sections of 3 meters.
Types of Trough Cover
Cover for “U” trough
It is the most used cover. It can be supplied with plastics and completely sealed for dustproof applications.
This cover can be semi-formed if spring presses are used to hold the cover.
Cover for widened trough
Generally, they are flanged and have greater thicknesses than “U” cover, due to the area that they cover.
Pitched cover
They are like conventional covers, except for the edge at the cover center. It is recommended for outdoor applications to avoid moisture accumulation. Also, it is used when it is desired a more rigid cover.
